Prefabricated boiler plants

Ready-made solutions with portable boiler plants for biofuel up to 4MW per module. The boiler center is delivered completely installed and contains everything required for a complete heating system.

Bark boiler 12 + 12 MW

AKJ Energitkenik has delivered two energy plants, each 12 + 12 MW, with strong emissions performance. The project was executed while Moelven’s Valåsen sawmill remained fully operational, with strict focus on logistics and safety. Valåsen – Moelven’s largest and one of the world’s most high-tech sawmills sets a benchmark for digitalization and energy efficiency.

Steam Boiler 18 MW

AKJ Energiteknik is delivering a new steam energy plant for Moelven Vänerply – an 18 MW wood-chip-fired steam boiler plus a 5 MW electric boiler. It will replace the 1969 plant with a modern efficient system. Moelven produces spruce and pine plywood—about 90,000 m³ or 6 million m² yearly. Total contract from design to commissioning.
