Be a part of the Conference

Our renewed sponsorship packages include both recognition in different Wood from Finland materials and possibilities for private meetings at the event venue. Also, there will be an exclusive seminar for sponsors.

Visibility at the event

Sponsor logos are presented at official event page, in the event mobile app and in the event publication. Sponsors will also have an own company page at wffchelsinki.fi. Sponsor videos will be run during the event and sponsors will also have a half page advertisement in the event publication. Wood from Finland will make one turn-key post of every sponsor company on their social media channels.

Meeting room bonus

This year there will be four meeting rooms at the venue. The sponsors are eligible to have one free one hour meeting during Thursday 6th of February. Time slots are reserved upon registration. Extra hours according to pricing.

Sponsor lunch

On Wednesday 5th of February the sponsors are invited to join an exclusive lunch seminar at 10–12. The program consists of two key note speakers, networking and lunch. Key note speakers TBA.

There are two price categories for sponsors. One for the members of Finnish Sawmills Association and the partner companies (companies of associations partnership program) and one for other companies.

Sponsors have a possibility to buy entry tickets to their employees for reduced price.
