Wood from Finland Conference will take place at Scandic Marina Congress Center in Helsinki city centre by the sea in Katajanokka.

Scandic Marina Congress Center has a venerable history. It started by hosting the fourth followup meeting of the Conference for Security and Co-operation in Europe (CSCE) in 1992. Since then, we have been the venue for many international summits.

The conference hotel, Scandic Grand Marina Hotel is located just opposite the Scandic Marina Congress Center, Katajankanlaituri 7, Helsinki.

Very Early Bird tickets are solt until the end of February 2025. The actual registration opens on September 1st, 2025 and EarlyBird tickets are sold until the end of October. The charge is made upon registration. Online payments only.

The Organiser takes full responsibility for following all instructions and stipulations mandated by the authorities. If the live event is cancelled or the number of participants restricted by the authorities, the Organiser reserves the right to transfer participants to the online event. In this case, participants will be refunded the difference in price. Participants have the option of switching their participation from the live event to the online event, provided they do so by January 9th, 2026. Difference in price is not refundable. Registration can be cancelled until 31st December 2025. An administrative fee 50 € will be charged. If the registration is cancelled after that date, participation fee will not be refunded. If the participee is changed / replaced, the information must be notified by January 9th, 2026. Any change after that is a subject of 50 € administrative fee. Extra ticket is not refundable.
