Wood from Finland Conference is one of the most respected soft wood conferences globally. Year 2024 over 500 wood professionals from 34 different countries joined the event either live in Helsinki or Online.

Wood from Finland Conference will take place at Scandic Marina Congress Center in Helsinki city centre by the sea in Katajanokka.

Scandic Marina Congress Center has a venerable history. It started by hosting the fourth followup meeting of the Conference for Security and Co-operation in Europe (CSCE) in 1992. Since then, we have been the venue for many international summits.

The conference hotel, Scandic Grand Marina Hotel is located just opposite the Scandic Marina Congress Center, Katajankanlaituri 7, Helsinki.

Registration opens on September 2nd, 2024 and EarlyBird tickets are sold until the end of October. The charge is made upon registration. Online payments only.

The Organiser takes full responsibility for following all instructions and stipulations mandated by the authorities. If the live event is cancelled or the number of participants restricted by the authorities, the Organiser reserves the right to transfer participants to the online event. In this case, participants will be refunded the difference in price. Participants have the option of switching their participation from the live event to the online event, provided they do so by January 12th, 2025. Difference in price is not refundable. Registration can be cancelled until 31st December 2024. An administrative fee 50 € will be charged. If the registration is cancelled after that date, participation fee will not be refunded. If the participee is changed / replaced, the information must be notified by January 12th, 2025.
